Back Where I Belong

I just want to testify of the goodness of the Lord and how He allows u-turns. My name is Jason and I’m a 27 yr. old black male living in Baltimore City. A little about my background; I was raised in the church all my young life. When I turned 15 I started working. I ended up quitting church all together.
I strayed away into the world. I got involved in selling drugs, womanizing, and all other types of non-Christian like behavior. I could have been killed several times because of the company I kept and the things that I was involved in.
Throughout the years that I strayed away God still kept me on the right track. I had finished high school and started trade school then after trade school I started college.
I was living a duel life. I was riding the line between right and wrong. I didn’t know if I wanted to be hustler of the year or scholar of the year. At the age of 26 I had my breakdown. God had been trying to capture my attention for several years but I choose to ignore Him.
Then, after several near misses with the law among other life trials He had successfully caught my attention. He had a higher calling for my life. During my early years fellow church members would tell me that God had special plans for me.
At 26 I realized this was true. Now I m back where I belong. With my Lord and Savior Jesus!
