The eagle soars with beauty and grace,
With determination and contentment on its face.
Gifted by God with superb strength for survival
He exhibits precision that no other can rival.
Designed for endurance, he makes the singular journey
Which for some may seem a little lonely.
But journey he must, for he is ordained to follow the course
That has been set before him; he travels without remorse.
Forward is the only motion as the eagle takes flight
With his eyes fixed ahead, he moves with absolute might.
Born with instinct that ensures his existence
He continually sharpens the skills that are for his own benefit.
The eagle fledges in the nest of preparation until God says it is time
To mount up on wings, to stretch, to glide, to know when to cross the line.
Your new journey begins today, my precious eagle.
Hold your head high, for you are beautiful, you are regal.
Soar into your purpose, as you have watched your dreams unfold
Fly with confidence, and allow this day to be a heart picture that you will forever hold.
You have the world before you as you explore new ground
You have reached higher heights; please let no one ever bring you down.
Soar on, precious eagle, soar on!
