Thy Servant Kept His Father’s Sheep

A friend of mine told me about a dream she was having. The dream was about two very dirty lions. She had two dreams. The first dream was about a man who owned two lions that got loose. One of the lions grabbed a small poodle in his mouth, as to devour him, but my friend awoke. The second dream was about the same two lions but in this dream they both grabbed some type of small animal. It could have been a dog, a lamb, or a goat. The lions started ripping at the animals skin but its’ flesh didn’t tear. I told my friend that only the Living God could interpret dreams. With that being said, I went to my Father and asked him if the dream meant anything. This is the passage that I turned to after looking up lion in my concordance.

“And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock: And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him.” 1 Samuel 17:34-35
